Wellness Center
Most of the medical services you require are available right in our on-site Wellness Center. The Center is open from 7:30 a.m. through 10:30 p.m., seven days a week. Licensed professional nurses staff the center whenever it’s open and physicians are on-site Monday through Friday and on-call 24 hours a day. Among the services available at the Wellness Center are:

- Audiology care
- Opthalmic care
- Neurological services
- Dental care
- Blood tests
- EKGs
- X-Rays
- Physical therapy
- Speech therapy
- Occupational therapy
- Medication planning
- Frequent resident health education seminars courtesy of a partnership with Southern Ocean County Hospital
Extended Care is also available on-site
For residents in need of temporary restorative care, Crestwood Manor maintains a multi-bed facility, staffed 24-hours a day by professional licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants right on site. Long-term care programs tailored to meet the individual needs of the resident are also available.
Emergency Care
Crestwood Manor security and medical personnel are all highly trained to provide immediate emergency care until medical transport arrives. We maintain close relationships with nearby Southern Ocean County Hospital as well as Community Medical Center, Kimball Medical Center and Deborah Heart and Lung Hospital. Rest assured that no matter what level of medical attention you might require, you’ll always receive the very best care available under all circumstances.

At the Crestwood Manor Wellness Center we engage recognized, local and regional leaders in healthcare specialties and senior care to provide our staff with the latest developments in research and education. Our goal is to host regular training and information sessions to ensure that our staff is always prepared to give you the most effective and progressive care.
Fitness Center
Maintaining a regular exercise regimen tailored to your specific needs and capabilities is a widely recognized way to enhance your overall health. Our state-of-the-art fitness center is specially designed to offer a broad range of healthy activities appropriate for seniors. With the help of our certified personal trainers (at no additional cost), you’re sure to find an activity that suits your interests and abilities. Trained staff are always on hand to lend encouragement and keep you motivated and safe.

Spiritual well-being is a vital component of overall good health and an important aspect of life at Crestwood Manor. Crestwood Manor has a chapel right on site that hosts a variety of denominational and non-denominational meetings and worship services. In addition, local clergy make regular visits to Crestwood and we provide weekly transportation that allows you to attend services at your chosen house of worship in nearby communities. The annual Sermon by the Sea is one of the year’s highlights, conducted by Crestwood Manor’s pastor.
